Informational site

stayanchortx.com is an informational website for StayAnchor, a Texas Airbnb and VRBO co-hosting business. Using this site or contacting us does not create a service, agency, or partnership relationship.

When a service relationship starts

A co-hosting relationship begins only after both parties sign a written co-hosting agreement. Until then, no obligations to perform services are created by this website, by consultations, or by written quotes.

Host of record

When engaged, StayAnchor co-hosts alongside you. You remain the host of record on Airbnb, VRBO, or any other platform, and platform payouts go directly to you.

Pricing and pass-through costs

Percentages, flat service fees, cleaning, supplies, vendor coordination, maintenance, repairs, pass-through costs, and approval limits are governed by your written quote and co-hosting agreement — not by this website. If anything on the site differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, access others' accounts, scrape it in bulk, misrepresent your identity, or submit false or misleading information.

Intellectual property

The StayAnchor name, logo, site design, copy, and imagery are the property of StayAnchor or their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, other than short quotations for commentary.

Third-party links

We may link to Airbnb, VRBO, or other third-party services. StayAnchor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms, and we are not responsible for their content, terms, or availability.

Availability, earnings, and bookings

We aim to keep the site and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We also do not guarantee any particular earnings, occupancy, booking volume, review score, or other results — those depend on many factors outside our control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, StayAnchor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
